We have the options and flexibility to best serve your needs. Statement Savings
We offer competitive interest rates, compounded and credited monthly. Interest is paid from the business day of deposit to day of withdrawal. Maintaining a $100 minimum balance each day the statement cycle avoids the $1 monthly maintenance fee. This fee is waived for those under 18. Customers 62 or older may receive their choice of one account, checking or savings, with no minimum balance and no maintenance fee. A monthly statement details all transactions, including interest earned.
Passbook Savings
It's the same as statement savings, except that you use a passbook at the bank instead of receiving a monthly statement. Of course, if you think passbooks are old-fashioned, remember that they're a great way to teach children how to save. And as it turns out, adults like the quaint little passbooks, too!
Retirement Accounts
At First Colebrook Bank, we offer a variety of retirement savings options with competitive interest rates. Your retirement savings grow safely, securely, and FDIC insured.
Direct Deposit
With Direct Deposit, there's no more rushing to the bank to make deposits. Your payroll or other deposits can be made directly to the accounts of your choice. Payroll Direct Deduction saves time and is a great way to accumulate savings. You choose the amount you want deposited and your payroll deposit can be split automatically between your checking, savings and money market accounts.
